LANCO Anpara is one of India's largest CFBC power plants in the Sonebhadra-Singrauli belt. M.S. Enterprises was awarded the 2024 refractory works contract covering castable application, gunning of cyclone hot zones, anchor fabrication and welding, and ceramic-fibre insulation for the boiler furnace and connected ducts.

LANCO Anpara operates on tight shutdown windows. Refractory failure of cyclone hot zones in the previous campaign had caused unplanned outage. Plant required a full-scope partner who could deliver castable casting, gunning, anchor work and dry-out within the 14-day shutdown — without coordination disputes between separate vendors.
M.S. Enterprises bid as single-vendor for the entire refractory works package — material supply, application, anchor fabrication and dry-out under one project manager. Two parallel work fronts deployed: Front A handled boiler furnace castable + anchor work; Front B handled cyclone gunning. Senior supervisor with 12-year CFBC experience oversaw both. All material grades sourced direct from approved manufacturers.
